Emotional Freedom Technique Workshop
Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as EFT or Tapping, is a simple, practical method for beating stress of all kinds. Whether you are frustrated with the particular events of the day, or you are grappling with a much deeper issue or situation, this bio-energetic practice is surprisingly effective.
You only need a small piece of time, and a willingness to be open. Emotional Freedom Technique uses a ten point system of acupressure points, which are tapped lightly with your fingers to activate your brain and nervous system. It can take as little as 10 minutes at a time and can be practiced anywhere.
While Tapping, you make statements that direct you to the specifics of your feelings. Often, surprising information is revealed as you work with your own energy field. If the difficult feelings are disrupting your ability to focus on other important aspects of your life, this technique can bring you substantial relief.
Tapping is very effective with regular use. Feelings about specific issues move towards more manageable levels, often with an immediate reduction in anxiety or distress.
The benefits of EFT are far reaching and many times you will feel a complete shift of attitude within a few days. Yet sometimes, the issue will return, especially if it is deep. Even so, regular use of this gentle program will help you to genuinely feel better.
