Larimar is a special stone, found only in the Dominican Republic, in the Caribbean. Its vibrant blue and white tones are created when copper and calcium silicate dissolved into mineral rich waters that crystallized in the basalt of the volcanic islands millions of years ago.
This particular stone has tiny flecks of volcanic rock and copper visible within the blue swirls.
