Returns and Exchanges Policy


Due to the nature of this handmade item, we do not offer refunds. Please choose carefully.

Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you this option.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several items are exempt from being exchanged. This includes Gift Cards, Sale Items, and Custom Projects, including deposits. PLEASE NOTE : ALL SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGE.

To complete your exchange, we request you ask for approval of the exchange via email. You must have proof of purchase for the piece to be eligible for exchange. No exceptions. Item will not be eligible for exchange without proof of purchase.

Once we have received your email an it is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with an exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect. If it is determined that there is a manufacturing defect, the return shipping will be deducted from the original order.

There are certain situations where only partial exchange value is granted (if applicable). This applies to any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Jewelry that shows signs of wear may be charged a refinishing fee.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange, if you do not choose a new piece at the time of return of the original item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, they will be notified of the exchange.

Once your item for exchange has arrived back to us and has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it, and advise you about the availability of the piece you would like in it's place.

If an item is defective we will replace the same item at no charge once the damaged piece is returned. Send us an email at and ask for procedures for the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, although they can be applied to the total exchange if the amount allows for it. If not, you will be sent an email with a link for additional shipping charges. Silver Element Jewelry is not responsible for items in transit back to us. All items that are sent, however, are insured.


All Workshops, Classes and Readings are NON-REFUNDABLE. No Exceptions.

If you can't attend a workshop you have registered for, you may apply the fee towards another workshop within six months of original date. After that substitution ends, and the fee is forfeit.
