Shipping Policy
All shipping charges are calculated based on the dollar amount of the value of your order. All shipments are sent Priority Mail through the US Postal Service. This generally takes two to three days. Shipment timing is not guaranteed, please make sure you allow enough time for a package to arrive to you, if you have a special event or timeline.
All items are insured unless you specifically choose the uninsured option. However, once the package has been delivered the insurance no longer applies. If the tracking number indicates the package was delivered, it then becomes your responsibility.
Due to the recent increase in mail theft, all packages over $200 require an adult signature, and cannot be left at your address if no one is available to sign for it. You can track your package online via the Postal service with the tracking number sent to you via email when your package is on its way.
Other shipping services or other shipping companies are NOT available.
If you feel you need to return your product, please email for instructions. Each piece requires a specific insurance value for the return. We can be reached at silverelementjewelry@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, although they can be applied to the total exchange if the amount allows for it. If not, you will be sent an email with a link for additional shipping charges. Silver Element Jewelry is not responsible for items in transit back to us. All items that are sent to you, however, are insured.
